Customer Terms & Conditions

1. Our Role

Car Day/Night is a car-arranging and customer assistance service. We help customers find and arrange New Cars and Used Cars through our available dealer/seller network.

2. No Direct Dealership

Car Day/Night does not claim to be an authorized dealership of any particular car manufacturer, unless specifically mentioned in writing. We do not maintain our own authorized showroom inventory.

3. Vehicle Arrangement

The vehicle is arranged through the concerned authorized dealer, seller, owner or other available source. Final vehicle availability, price, model, variant, color and delivery are subject to confirmation by the concerned seller/dealer.

4. Payment & Cash Handling

Car Day/Night does not accept cash payments or vehicle purchase amounts on behalf of any manufacturer/dealer/seller. Customers should make the vehicle payment directly to the concerned authorized dealer/seller through an agreed and documented payment method.

5. Vehicle Documents & Verification

The customer is responsible for checking and confirming the vehicle's documents, registration details, insurance, service history, condition, ownership and other relevant details before completing the purchase. For used cars, customers are advised to independently verify the vehicle before payment.

6. Price & Offers

Any price, discount, exchange value, finance offer or other benefit communicated by Car Day/Night is subject to final confirmation by the concerned dealer/seller.

7. Customer Acceptance

By using our service, the customer confirms that they understand that Car Day/Night is providing assistance/arrangement services and that the final vehicle purchase transaction is between the customer and the concerned dealer/seller.

8. No Guarantee of Third-Party Actions

Car Day/Night is not responsible for delays, cancellation, changes in price, vehicle availability, dealer/seller commitments or other matters arising from the third-party dealer/seller, except to the extent specifically agreed in writing.

9. Inspection of Used Cars

For used vehicles, customers should conduct their own inspection and, where appropriate, obtain an independent mechanic/inspection report before making the final payment.

10. Final Confirmation

The customer should obtain the final quotation, invoice, payment details and delivery commitment directly from the concerned dealer/seller before completing the transaction.
